In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. Your expertise in lawn care and landscape maintenance will contribute to creating and preserving vibrant outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and a passion for horticulture, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality. Responsibilities Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators for various landscaping projects. Assist in landscape maintenance activities including planting, weeding, and mulching. Conduct tree care tasks such as tree trimming and removal as needed. Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Engage in hardscape installation including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in landscaping is advantageous. Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care is a plus. Experience with construction or hardscaping projects will be beneficial. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential for success in this role.
