Job Overview Join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team as a Lawncare Crew Member and play a vital role in transforming landscapes into beautiful, thriving environments! This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to maintain and enhance lawns, gardens, and grounds. Whether you're trimming trees, operating power equipment, or applying landscape treatments, your efforts will directly contribute to creating inviting outdoor spaces that clients love. This paid position is perfect for individuals passionate about outdoor work, landscaping, and grounds maintenance who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently to maintain high-quality turf and landscape areas. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, fertilizing, and weed control to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Use hand tools and ground maintenance equipment for tasks like aeration, soil preparation, and hardscape installation. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support proper care and pest management strategies. Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and performing necessary repairs or adjustments. Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or construction is required. Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is advantageous. Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture practices, and pesticide management enhances your ability to deliver exceptional grounds care. Experience operating grounds maintenance or landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, or irrigation systems is a plus. Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments ensures adherence to best practices. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions with a positive attitude is essential. Need at least two professional lawncare company references.
