This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, transforming and maintaining beautiful landscapes. You will be responsible for executing a variety of landscaping tasks, ensuring grounds are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. We value motivated individuals who thrive in outdoor environments and are ready to work hard. This job is a mix of regular service schedules and projects to keep everyone busy. Experience preferred but willing to train the right person. A valid driver's license is a must. Trucks and tools provided. Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep grounds pristine and healthy. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery safely and efficiently. Execute landscape construction projects such as planting beds, hardscape features like patios or walkways, and other outdoor structures. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal while adhering to safety standards. Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment used, and safety procedures followed during daily operations. Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, irrigation systems, and grounds equipment operation. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification and lawn care techniques. Ability to follow safety protocols rigorously during all tasks involving equipment or chemicals. Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is a plus. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify plant health issues or pest problems promptly. Strong communication skills and record keeping skills to make sure everything is being done correctly and on schedule. Join us in shaping beautiful outdoor environments!
