Fine Gardener

CMS Landscape is seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Fine Gardener to join our team caring for high-end residential properties across Cape Cod. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants, takes pride in meticulous garden care, and appreciates the cohesion in horticulture, ecology, and outdoor living. The Fine Gardener focuses on the long-term health and beauty of ornamental gardens through hands-on horticultural care, seasonal maintenance, and thoughtful stewardship of each property. From perennial gardens and hydrangea collections to seasonal containers and coastal plantings! Core Responsibilities Maintain ornamental gardens, perennial beds, shrubs, and seasonal plantings to a high standard Perform detailed horticultural tasks, including planting, weeding, edging, pruning, deadheading, mulching, staking, watering, and seasonal cleanup Assist with seasonal container installations and annual color displays Monitor plant health and identify potential pest, disease, irrigation, or soil concerns Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams
