Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Lead Groundskeeper to oversee the outdoor aesthetics, safety, and general maintenance of our resort. In this role, you will perform hands-on landscaping and property maintenance while supervising a small crew of groundskeepers. You will be critical in preparing the resort grounds for both the bustling winter ski season and the busy summer/fall recreation months, ensuring a pristine guest experience from arrival to departure.
