This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, applying your skills in lawn care, landscaping, and grounds maintenance to create vibrant, healthy landscapes. Duties Operate lawn mowers, power tools, and landscaping equipment to cut grass, trim edges, and maintain turf health across various outdoor spaces Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues for optimal plant health Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including edging, trimming, aerating, and soil preparation Identify plants, pests, and diseases to support horticultural health and recommend appropriate treatments or interventions Follow safety protocols rigorously during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or winterizing landscapes when required Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a focus on groundskeeping or landscaping environments Mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment, power tools, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance machinery Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, planting, pruning, and pest management Ability to identify various plants and recognize common pests or plant diseases Knowledge of pesticide management procedures and safety standards for chemical application Familiarity with safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation Excellent physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, lifting, and operating equipment in various weather conditions Valid experience with groundskeeping equipment operation such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow plows (seasonal) Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces that inspire pride!
