This is a hands-on outdoor position for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and taking pride in a job well done. Position Overview Crew Members assist with day-to-day landscaping operations on residential and commercial properties, working as part of a team to keep properties looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Spring and fall cleanups Planting, mulching, and bed maintenance Assisting with pruning and general landscape care Loading/unloading trucks and materials Keeping job sites clean and safe

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation to and from work Willingness to learn and take direction Landscaping experience preferred but not required
