Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Grounds Staff Member and become an integral part of the maintenance and operations team at Country Club of Pittsfield. As a Grounds Staff Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the upkeep and improvement of the golf course and grounds, ensuring they are always pristine and well-maintained for our members. While prior golf course experience is preferred, we are also open to candidates who are motivated to learn and grow within our team. Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors Strong work ethic and team player mentality Early risers encouraged Special Requirements Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions Ability for follow oral and written directions Able to sit/stand for long periods of time, with intermediate periods of physically demanding tasks Able to lift up to 50lbs Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment
