Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Job Overview We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our landscape maintenance crew. The ideal candidates will be responsible for routine property upkeep as well as specialized flower bed care. Responsibilities Mow lawns, trim edges, rake leaves, and blow debris to maintain neat outdoor areas Perform seasonal clean-ups and basic landscape maintenance tasks. Maintain flower beds, including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching Identify and care for a variety of flowers, shrubs, and plants. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks on Schedule Conduct shoveling snow and plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring high standards of quality. Skills Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening practices preferred (willing to train the right candidate). Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of horticulture principles to promote healthy plant growth. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving project goals effectively.
