As a Landscape Gardener, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the landscapes and gardens of our diverse client base. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of horticulture, a keen eye for design, and strong attention to detail to ensure our projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

To plan, design, and manage landscape projects from inception through to completion, focused on meeting client's needs and achieving aesthetic and environmental outcomes. To prepare layouts, specifications, and cost estimates for clients while working closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success. To plant different types of trees, flowers, shrubs, and grass and maintain them by performing regular activities such as weeding, watering, pruning, and pest control. To operate various garden machinery and equipment such as lawnmowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers, strictly following safety protocols. To provide continuous upkeep and care to existing sites including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and mowing. To install hard landscape features like paths, patios, water features, outdoor seating, and garden structures.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years experience as a Landscape Gardener, Gardener, or a similar role in the landscaping industry. A relevant degree, diploma, or vocational training in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is an advantage. Hold a full, clean driving license in order to travel to different job locations. Proficiency in using manual and powered garden machinery and equipment. Substantial knowledge of plants, gardening resources, and environmental sustainability. A strong sense of creativity with excellent problem-solving abilities along with physical stamina and endurance.
