Job Description

We are looking for a helper to join our small family lavender farm for outdoor, hands-on work.
Main Responsibilities:
Weeding (regular task) Mowing the grass with our equipment Lavender harvesting Planting lavender seedlings Vegetable garden work (harvesting, weeding, soil preparation) Other general farm maintenance tasks as needed (simple, repetitive tasks)

Comfortable working outdoors (sun, wind, uneven ground) Able to perform light physical work (bending, kneeling, walking) Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
Additional Opportunities:
For those who enjoy the work, there may be ongoing opportunities for regular farm help (weeding, mowing, harvesting, etc.) This is an outdoor, hands-on opportunity .
Compensation:
$20 per hour Paid at the end of the day This is a great fit if you enjoy being outside, working with your hands, and supporting a small local farm. As we have ongoing work at the farm, please do not come directly to the farm. We first conduct a short online interview with all candidates before proceeding with hiring. Thanks!
