Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Pay Rate:

$23.80 per hour The Kleane Kare Team, Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Outside Grounds Techancian to support the cleanliness and appearance of a federal facility in Lanham, MD. This position is primarily focused on outside duties , including maintaining exterior grounds, parking garages, entrances, loading docks, walkways, and surrounding property areas. Secondary custodial duties inside the facility may be assigned as operational needs require.

Responsibilities Include:

Trash removal and grounds cleaning Sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning Cleaning parking garages, stairwells, and loading dock areas Maintaining smoking areas and exterior entrances Operating leaf blowers and cleaning equipment Assisting with custodial duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Previous custodial or groundskeeping experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to pass background screening and fingerprinting Join a professional team dedicated to maintaining safe, clean, and high-quality facilities.
