Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping tasks. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your technical skills and attention to detail, will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the transformation of landscapes into vibrant, functional environments. Duties Perform landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure lush and healthy turf Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning, tree care, irrigation system installation and repair, and seasonal snow plowing Use heavy machinery like excavators for site preparation, grading, or removal projects under supervision Assist with horticultural practices including soil preparation, planting, watering, and pest control Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operation of tools and machinery Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care best practices Ability to perform tree trimming, pruning, and tree care safely and effectively Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in landscaping and construction projects Join us to help craft stunning outdoor environments!
