Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, and other landscaped spaces as well as building maintenance for properties as directed.
Specific duties:
Lawn Care- mowing, edging, fertilizing and watering Landscape Maintenance
- planting flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants; weeding, mulching and pruning Pest and Disease Control
- applying pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments to plants and soil Debris Removal
- clearing leaves, branches and other waste from the grounds Snow and Ice Removal
- clearing snow and ice from walkways, parking lots and other areas during winter months Equipment Maintenance
- maintaining and repairing landscaping equipment like mowers and trimmers Building Maintenance
- performing routine or preventative maintenance and troubleshooting and repairing minor mechanical issues General Upkeep
- sweeping walkways, emptying trash and performing minor repairs
