We're looking for a reliable, motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and wants to be part of a fun team and an exciting new business. This is a hands-on position working directly with the two founders, Michael and Daniel, on a wide variety of projects on farms, homesteads, and residential properties. This is a part-time position guaranteeing a minimum of 3 work days per week.Responsibilities:
Build and install raised garden beds, fencing, irrigation systems, and other farm infrastructure Using a tractor and batwing mower to cut pastures Zero-turn mowing high end lawns. Must be proficient in carpentry and fencing. Assist with landscape, hardscape, and garden construction. Support regenerative practices like composting, mulching, cover cropping, and soil improvement. Must be able to operate hand tools, power equipment, tractors and light machinery without oversight. Load/unload materials, organize job sites, and help with clean-up. Work in all weather conditions and adapt to a variety of tasks.Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods. Strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn. Minimum 5 years carpentry/general construction experience. Minimum 5 years experience operating tractors with implements. Minimum 2 years commercial mowing experience. Punctual, dependable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Organizational skills and good time management. Creativity and ability to think outside of the box!
