Lawn Care & Property Maintenance Crew Member Job Overview Martin Property Maintenance is looking for a hardworking and reliable team member to join our growing company. We provide residential and commercial lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and property maintenance services throughout the area. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Operate zero-turn mowers, tractors, plow trucks, and small power equipment Complete spring and fall cleanups Assist with mulch installation and flower bed installation Perform commercial snow removal and ice management during winter months Maintain clean and professional job sites Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance Qualifications Experience operating plow trucks. Experience operating zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment Ability to safely use power tools and small equipment Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but willing to train the right person What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for year-round work Overtime opportunities.
