About Method LLC Method LLC is a licensed medical cannabis cultivation company dedicated to producing premium-quality cannabis through disciplined cultivation practices and attention to detail. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career—not just find another job. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Garden Technician / Cultivation Assistant to support all aspects of our cultivation operation. This is a hands-on position involving plant care, harvesting, processing, facility maintenance, cleaning, and general labor. Previous cannabis industry experience is not required . We welcome applicants from agriculture, landscaping, greenhouse operations, manufacturing, warehouses, construction, and other hands-on industries. We provide training and value a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn over prior cannabis experience. Because state registration typically takes several weeks, we are looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term member of our team. Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of cannabis cultivation Water, transplant, prune, and defoliate plants Harvest and process cannabis Trim flower as needed Clean and sanitize cultivation and processing areas Move soil, supplies, equipment, and harvested material Maintain accurate records and labeling required by state regulations Follow standard operating procedures and directions from management Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position.
Applicants must be able to:
Lift and carry 50+ pounds on a regular basis Stand for extended periods Sit while leaning forward for repetitive tasks Bend, kneel, squat, and reach throughout the workday Perform repetitive hand movements Work in warm and humid cultivation environments What We're Looking For We value character more than cannabis experience.
