Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors across a variety of landscape projects, from lawn care and gardening to hardscape installation and tree trimming. Paid training and growth opportunities are available for motivated individuals ready to contribute to high-quality landscape maintenance and construction. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers, installing retaining walls, and other construction activities Perform lawn care duties such as aeration, fertilization, irrigation system installation and repair to ensure lush, thriving landscapes Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal to promote safety and aesthetic appeal Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, weeds, and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution to meet deadlines and quality standards Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with landscaping equipment enhances your ability to perform tasks efficiently Knowledge of horticulture principles, plant care techniques, and landscape design is a plus Experience operating hand tools (shovels, rakes), power tools (trimmers, blowers), and heavy machinery (excavators) is advantageous Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscape maintenance and construction Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
