Job Description

Groundskeeper Shift available: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm (some weekends, seasonally) National Management Resources has provided facilities management services for over 40 years. We work in educational settings, including K-12 facilities, boarding schools, colleges, and universities all over the country. Competitive wages. We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for working outside and a commitment to the environment. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the grounds at the facility by performing general grounds maintenance and landscaping activities.

Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
Mow, trim, and edge lawns, including sports fields. Use blower to clean landscaped and parking lot areas. Remove snow with shovels, blowers, and plows. Keep grounds clean and free of trash and debris. Prune, plant, weed, and fertilize trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns. Maintain grounds equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
Groundskeeper Qualifications:
Have a valid driver's license Lift up to 50 pounds Work from ladders Climb stairs Stand or walk for long periods of time. Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures. Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.
