  • 25/hr (based on experience) About Us Adam's Tree Service is a family-owned company serving Southeastern Michigan since 1957.
We specialize in tree removals, pruning, plant health care, transplanting, and emergency tree work. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to build a career in the arboriculture industry. Responsibilities Assist climbers and crew leaders with tree removals and pruning operations Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, mini loaders, and other equipment Manage ropes and rigging during tree work Maintain a clean and safe job site Load and unload equipment and debris Follow ANSI safety standards and company procedures Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance Qualifications Valid driver's license required CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience in tree care, landscaping, or construction preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay Paid training and advancement opportunities Modern equipment and professional safety gear Opportunity to advance into climbing and crew leadership positions Supportive family-oriented work environment
