Job Description
- Job Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will need to be a motivated self starter able to coach and guide others in the lawn care and snow removal industries.
- Duties
- Supervise and lead a team in various landscape maintenance tasks
- Ensure proper tree care and maintenance practices are followed
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on industry techniques
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Skills
- Proficiency in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping practices
- Strong leadership abilities to supervise a team effectively
- Knowledge of tree care and irrigation systems
- Ability to maintain landscapes to high standards
- Experience in overseeing crew members in outdoor environments
- Experience in snow plowing
- Willing to travel preferred
