This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a variety of settings, from residential gardens to commercial landscapes. As a Landscape Laborer, you will contribute to the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of landscapes through hands-on work and skilled use of tools and equipment. We value motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in landscaping and horticulture while making a tangible impact on our clients' outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting, sod laying, and hardscape setup Perform routine landscape maintenance such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep properties pristine Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators safely and efficiently Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Maintain irrigation systems by installing, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers and hoses for optimal watering Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving hardscaping elements like patios or walkways Requirements Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and saws safely Prior construction experience or knowledge of hardscape installation is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for equipment operation roles This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor work who are eager to learn new skills in landscaping and horticulture.
