Groundskeeper & Handyman

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Seasonal Laborer to assist with the upkeep and appearance of our motel property during our busy season. This role is essential in ensuring our guests have a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform landscaping duties including mowing lawns, trimming, edging, and general groundskeeping Assist with painting projects (interior and exterior) Complete general maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, caulking, and basic carpentry Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, walkways, and common spaces Assist with trash removal and property upkeep Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping, maintenance, or similar labor work preferred (but not required) Ability to use basic hand and power tools Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and follow instructions Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
