What you will be doing The Seasonal Groundskeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and cleanliness of all HCK outdoor spaces. This position supports the Lead Groundskeeper and operates with a high degree of independence, ensuring that landscaping, grounds, and exterior facilities are consistently well-maintained throughout the season. Key responsibilities include mowing lawns using commercial equipment; performing seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, mulching, seeding, and aeration; trimming and pruning trees and shrubs; and maintaining irrigation systems. This role also involves cleaning sidewalks, patios, drains, and gutters; collecting and disposing of debris; repairing outdoor structures such as benches and sprinklers; and setting up or removing equipment for events or maintenance activities. The Seasonal Groundskeeper is responsible for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment, ensuring grounds are orderly and safe, and supporting daily operations by staging materials and supplies.
