What You'll Be Doing Under the supervision of the Director of Horticulture and Grounds Management Team, the landscape attendant will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to: Daily mowing of landscape turf, using walking and riding mowers General landscape maintenance tasks using rakes, shovels and other landscape hand tools Operation of debris blowers, string trimmers, chainsaws and other small power tools, trimmers and equipment Operating golf course carts and utility vehicles Working on landscape beds, watering flowers, planting, clean up, etc. Cleaning of equipment and maintenance areas Assist in all tasks and duties as assigned What You Need for this Position Ability and willingness to work extended hours, including weekend and holiday shifts Ability and willingness to work outdoors, subject to pre-dawn hours and adverse conditions such as heat, cold and rain Perform manual/physical labor for extended periods Physical agility to push/pull, squat, twist, turn, sit or stand for extended periods of time Lift a minimum of 50lbs., unassisted Ability to safely operate motorized equipment Must have reliable transportation to and from work Comply with all rules and regulations as stated, whether verbal or written Work as a productive, respectful team member with other golf course / club staff What's in it for You Robust Employee Assistance Program providing a wide range of services Health and Wellness reimbursement for items like massages, gym memberships, running shoes etc. 10% Discount on GHG outlets Shift meal provided per day Discounted hotel rates at Radisson Hotel Group branded properties worldwide Parental Leave Program (Full-Time Option) 401K with 100% match up to 3% (Full-Time option) Medical/Dental/Vision (Full-Time option) Top Reasons to Work With GHG We are one of the Nation's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to work for You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse team that is fun, high-energy, and passionate.
