In this role, you will oversee landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, irrigation management, and grounds care, ensuring high-quality results on various construction projects. Your leadership will drive team performance, coordinate equipment operation, and uphold safety standards while delivering beautiful, sustainable landscapes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage crew activities, operate a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment, and contribute to the transformation of outdoor spaces. Duties Lead and supervise landscaping crews in executing lawn care, planting, pruning, and general grounds maintenance tasks with energy and attention to detail Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, excavators, skid steers, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools to ensure efficient project completion Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols Identify plants accurately for proper care and maintenance; provide guidance on horticultural best practices Supervise crew members by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing leadership, and fostering teamwork for maximum productivity Ensure all outdoor work complies with safety standards; conduct regular inspections of equipment and work sites to prevent hazards Collaborate with clients and project managers to deliver landscape solutions that meet aesthetic and functional goals Maintain detailed records of project progress, equipment usage, and maintenance activities Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or groundskeeping with a strong knowledge of horticulture and plant identification Supervising experience leading outdoor crews on landscaping or construction projects Skilled in operating grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, hardscape tools, and company vehicles Demonstrated leadership abilities with team management skills; capable of motivating others and managing crew dynamics effectively Knowledge of irrigation management—installation, troubleshooting, repairs—and hardscape installation techniques Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in outdoor environments Strong outdoor work experience in various weather conditions; ability to perform physically demanding tasks with energy and focus Excellent communication skills; detail-oriented with a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance Join us in shaping vibrant outdoor spaces!
