Kanazeh Lawn Service is hiring for multiple positions across landscaping, lawn care, and hardscape crews in the Lansing area. Immediate openings available Work outdoors, stay active, and build valuable hands-on skills. Position Overview We are hiring Landscape Laborers to support a variety of outdoor projects including lawn care, landscaping, and hardscape installation. Team members may assist with mowing crews, landscaping projects, or construction-style outdoor work depending on experience and team needs. This is a great opportunity to get started in the landscaping industry or grow your skills in outdoor construction. What You'll Do Assist with lawn mowing, trimming, and property maintenance Support landscape installation (mulch, plants, edging) Help with patios, retaining walls, and hardscape projects Load/unload materials and maintain job sites Work as part of a team to complete daily projects What We're Looking For Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable and ready to work Previous outdoor work or construction experience is helpful but not required Valid driver's license preferred Pay & Benefits $16-$24 per hour (based on experience and role placement) Weekly pay Paid training Opportunities for advancement Consistent full-time hours Steady seasonal work Schedule Full-time, seasonal Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM This position is currently structured as an independent contractor (1099) role in accordance with applicable state and federal guidelines, with potential transition to W2 employment based on company needs.
