Compensation:

Pay starts at $15.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:

Enjoy a consistent weekday routine from Monday through Friday, with daytime shifts running from 8 A.M. until 5 P.M.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt daily clearing of debris from common exterior spaces. General groundskeeping duties including edging walkways, mulching and weed pulling Conduct basic pruning tasks for trees and shrubs Provide support for maintenance crew upon request. This may include performing routine building maintenance tasks, relocating appliances or aiding in the refurbishment of vacant units.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver's license along with dependable transportation. A foundational understanding of landscaping or grounds maintenance work is expected.
