IMMEDIATE NEED... www.cherithbrookfarm.com Established Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Construction, Snow & Ice Management Company in Okemos, Michigan in operation since 1996. We are looking for an experienced landscape technitian to install both hardscape and softscape landscapes.

Requirements for position are:

• One to three years minimum professsional green industry experience
• Have a valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Telephone / Communication device
• Enjoy the outdoors
• Positive Attitude
• Self Motivated with Physical Endurance
• Hardscape Construction Experience
• Plant Knowledge, Commercial Planting Experience
• Equipment Operation Experience EXTRA? Awesome!
• Team Leadership Experience
• Pesticide Applicators (3A,3B,6,7F) License
• Commercial Driver's License (A &/or B)

Possible Related Job Position Activities:

• Assist support staff in work methods and processes related to landscape construction.
• Ability to operate equipment used in landscape construction.
• Perform landscape installations including hardscapes, trees, shrubs, lawns, mulches
• Assist with grading, digging, back filling, hauling, loading operations with construction equipment and hand held tools.
• Operate trucks including truck/trailer combinations for transporting heavy equipment, implements, materials and supplies.
• Operate and perform regular maintenance inspections for light-medium duty trucks and trailers.
• Perform manual labor including shoveling and raking.
• The ability to work in variable weather conditions.
• Frequent lifting of over 50 pounds.

Pay Rate:

Starting Pay ranges $20

• 24/hour based upon availability, professional experience & skills.

Work Schedule, Hours of Operation:

Summer weekly hours of work Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours per week... March

• November.
