Job Description

Building/Grounds/Maintenance Assistant The BGM Assistant will be expected to perform the routine maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Teammate Expectations:
Willingness and ability to operate various types of equipment and tools. Willingness and ability to complete physical / manual labor when needed and per direction given. Willingness to do all that is needed or requested to maintain facilities, equipment, and operations in a safe, functional and quality manner. Must be self driven, team oriented, flexible and able to effectively deal with situations and problems as they arise.
Responsibilities:
Routine building, grounds, and equipment maintenance and cleaning Assist with farming duties / operations Work with and get along with fellow team mates as needed. Maintain and repair facilities Maintain and repair equipment Do whatever is deemed necessary for creating a friendly, caring, safe and happy environment/culture for teammates Have Fun and Be Positive Everyday!
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Carpentry skills preferred Mechanical skills preferred Valid driver license & insurable under company provider Team player with ability to work independently Physically able and willing to do manual labor
