- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader experienced in both residential and commercial account management.
Duties include:
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices of our industry. Train team members on proper maintenance techniques and equipment usage. Qualifications Proven experience in lawn maintenance and snow removal. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for client interactions. A valid driver's license is required chauffers license preffered .
