Pay:

Starting at $18.00/hour entry level, with commensurate pay based on experience

Schedule:

Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Maintain landscape beds and gardens, Pruning Trimming Backpack blowing Maintain landscape beds and gardens, Plant flowers and seasonal annuals Perform general property maintenance and seasonal cleanups (spring/fall) Pick up debris including leaves, sticks, and trash Key Responsibilities for Lawn Services General lawn care and maintenance Operate Zero turn and walk behind machines Weed Whipping Backpack blowing Edging Key Responsibilities for Landscaping install Transform Outdoor spaces according to Design Plans Hand digging Machine excavation Grade soil Plant trees, shrubs and flowers Install sod Install mulch Install and/or correct drainage Prepare space for hardscape Requirements Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Strong time management and multitasking skills Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working in all weather conditions Willingness to learn— on-the-job training provided Preferred Qualifications Chauffeur's Permit (Required for Crew Leader) Previous landscape experience Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment Bi-Lingual What We Offer Overtime opportunities Company perks Advancement opportunities for those committed beyond 1 season Potential for year-round employment (Fall Cleanups, Holiday Lighting, Snow Removal)
