401(k) 401(k) matching Company parties Belbot Services is looking for hardworking, dependable Landscape Crew Members to join our growing team! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in creating beautiful landscapes and want to be part of a positive team environment, we'd love to hear from you. Job Summary As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll work alongside a team to provide a variety of landscape services including landscape maintenance, landscape installations, irrigation work, drainage solutions and more. This is a hands-on position where you'll help transform and maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the season. Responsibilities ✔ Assist with landscape installations including mulch, plantings, sod, and bed enhancements ✔ Operate and work around landscape equipment and machinery safely ✔ Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning tools, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping equipment ✔ Water lawns, trees, shrubs, and plants as needed ✔ Assist with pruning and trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges ✔ Load, unload, and care for tools, materials, and equipment ✔ Follow safety procedures and company standards ✔ Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule ✔ Interact professionally with customers when needed Qualifications Previous landscaping experience preferred but not required, we are willing to train motivated individuals Experience using hand tools and power equipment is a plus Ability to lift 40+ pounds repeatedly and work on your feet throughout the day Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability Valid driver's license preferred but not required Benefits & Perks ✅ Competitive compensation ✅ Company-matched 401(k) ✅ Career advancement opportunities ✅ Well-maintained fleet and equipment ✅ Company-provided uniforms ✅ Fun and positive work environment ✅ Continued winter employment through our snow removal operations
