Lawn Care Crew Member

Job Summary Join our dynamic lawn and landscape team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and become a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional landscapes! In this role, you'll work outdoors utilizing your mechanical knowledge and landscaping skills to maintain and enhance residential and commercial properties. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help deliver top-quality lawn care, landscape maintenance, and tree Service projects that leave clients delighted. This position offers hands-on experience with a variety of tools and equipment, fostering growth in horticulture, gardening, and arborist skills. Duties Operate power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to perform lawn care tasks efficiently and safely Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, trimming, aerating, and fertilizing to ensure lush, healthy grass growth Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, and bed edging Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal while ensuring safety protocols are followed Execute general maintenance tasks on landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity Experience Prior experience with lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and small machinery is highly advantageous Familiarity with trees, shrubs, and perennials will be beneficial for this role Experience operating excavators or other construction equipment is beneficial but not mandatory Knowledge of horticulture principles,, or tree care practices will help you excel in this role Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential Join us to develop your skills in landscaping, gardening, and maintenance while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments!
