Job Summary The Lawn Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing high-quality lawn care services for residential and commercial properties. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. If you enjoy working outdoors and seeing the results of your hard work each day, this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities Perform weekly lawn mowing and trimming services Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds Blow off hard surfaces and leave properties clean and professional Assist with spring and fall cleanups Safely operate commercial lawn equipment (zero-turns, stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers) Load and unload equipment and maintain organized trucks/trailers Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues Communicate professionally with customers when needed Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctual and professional appearance Preferred Qualifications Previous lawn care or landscaping experience Experience pulling trailers Experience operating commercial-grade equipment DOT medical card (preferred but not required) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities during peak season Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Well-maintained equipment Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for advancement into Crew Lead or year-round employment Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:00-8:00 AM start time Seasonal position (April-November) Potential winter work available
