Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the landscaping industry. Responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a neat appearance. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching. Engage in hardscape projects such as installing patios or walkways. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Operate various landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Provide snow plowing services during winter months as needed. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client satisfaction. Qualifications Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment. Experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is highly desirable. Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including digging and lifting heavy materials. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
