Get outside. Get moving. Get ready for winter. Join our team for the fall season and help keep Minnesota properties looking their best before winter arrives! We're looking for dependable, hardworking fall cleanup Crew Members to join our landscaping and snow removal team. This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and staying active throughout the day. As part of our fall cleanup crew, you'll work alongside a team to prepare commercial and residential properties for winter. No two days are exactly alike, and you'll be part of the hands-on work that gets our customers' properties looking clean, safe, and ready for the season ahead. What You'll Do Remove leaves, branches, and other seasonal debris from properties. Operate backpack blowers, rakes, and other landscaping equipment. Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. Perform general property cleanup and landscape maintenance. Work as part of a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently. Help prepare properties for the upcoming winter season. What We're Looking For Reliable, hardworking team members who show up ready to work. Comfortable working outdoors in changing Minnesota weather. Able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
