Install Crew Location:

Inver Grove Heights, MN (Projects primarily across Dakota County)

Job Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation:

$20.00 - $40.00/hr (Based on experience)

Schedule:

Flexible schedule; Season runs April/May through October/November (weather dependent)

Payment:

Bi-weekly direct deposit

What You'll Be Doing:

As an integral part of our install crew, you will work hands-on to build out a wide variety of residential projects.

Daily responsibilities include:

Drainage Solutions:

Installing French drains, catch basins, and executing precise site grading.

Hardscaping:

Construction of retaining walls (block, boulder, natural stone), paver patios, steps, walkways, and driveways.

Softscaping:

Installing sod, turf restoration, seeding lawns, and planting trees, shrubs, and perennials.

Materials Installation:

Laying landscape fabric, rock, mulch, and landscape edging.

Site Prep & Clean-up:

Dirt work, excavation, brush removal, hardscape demolition, and general job site maintenance.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience on a landscape or hardscape installation crew. (

Note:

Basic lawn mowing or yard maintenance alone does not qualify).

Transportation:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to commute directly to various job sites throughout Dakota County and surrounding areas.

Physical Ability:

Capability to consistently lift 75+ lbs throughout the workday and perform manual labor.

Work Environment:

Willingness and ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heavy summer heat.

Attitude:

Must be punctual, dependable, hardworking, and efficient.
