Job Description

We are excited to add another team member to our growing Turf & Lawn Maintenance crew! Passionate People, Outstanding Results! Mangold Horticulture is a high-end, full service landscape maintenance company for the Lake Minnetonka area and beyond. We are growing and interested in adding top level talent to our team! We are looking for someone who can provide the highest level of service and grow to do more in the years to come. This is a full time, year-round position with active snow removal and shop work every week in the winter. We are looking to fill this position right away!
Duties:
Work with assigned team on weekly mowing routes for a team of 1-4 people Work with assigned team on spring and fall cleanups Perform equipment maintenance Work with assigned team on snow plowing and shoveling routes
Requirements:
No experience necessary Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Must be available to work full time hours
