About the Role We are seeking dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborers. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in producing quality work. What You'll Do Assist with landscape and hardscape installation and maintenance projects Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, plants, and materials Maintain a clean, organized job site Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors Perform other general labor duties as assigned Provide friendly, professional service when working at customer properties What We're Looking For Ability to perform physical demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred) Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Prior landscaping experience helpful but not required — we'll train the right person
