What You'll Do Lawn Season:

Operate stand-on mowers and commercial equipment Trim, edge, and detail properties to a high standard Perform spring and fall cleanups Assist with basic landscaping projects Leave every property clean and professional

Snow Season:

Shovel walkways, stairs, and garage aprons Apply ice melt Assist with plowing operations Work during early mornings, overnight, and snow events What We're Looking For Reliable — shows up on time, ready to work Strong work ethic and moves with urgency Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Can lift 50+ lbs consistently Takes pride in doing clean, detailed work Requirements Lawn maintenance or landscaping experience required Valid driver's license required Truck & trailer experience is a plus Pay & Benefits $22-$26/hour depending on experience Overtime available during peak seasons Consistent hours Opportunities to move into crew leader roles Year-round work available for top performers We're building a strong team for the season — if you want steady work and a company that rewards effort, apply today.
