Lawn Care Crew Member (Full-time/Seasonal) Green Edge Mowing Zumbrota, MN Job Details Seasonal | Full-time $16.25 - $24.00 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Customer communication Outdoor work experience In-person customer service Moving High school diploma or GED Driver's License Ability to follow instructions Full Job Description Job overview A Mower at Green Edge provides outdoor, lawn maintenance support to residential and commercial customers. Those whom appreciate physical activity, working independently in the outdoors, driving, problem solving, and whom are able to have genuine conversations with others would be great additions to our team. Responsibilities Use a lawn mower, sod cutters, and other tools to trim grass and edge lawn areas Operate backpack blower and gather leaves, hedge trimmings, and debris for removal Use pruners and trimmers to remove shrub and tree overgrowth Meet with potential clients to assess lawns and identify areas of improvement Drive work trucks to/from job sites and supplier locations Load and unload lawn care tools into/from work trucks Log hours/work accurately Add job details, review daily tasks, and communicate with customers

• Make decisions based on company core values of Thoughtful, Choose to Be Here, Win/Win/Win & Accountable Requirements and skills High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Able to repeatedly lift and move 50+ pounds Able to sit, stand, kneel, and lift Able to work in all weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic and positive attitude Self-starter who can manage time effectively Willing to learn and to follow instructions Can work independently and as part of a team environment Experience using lawn care equipment preferred
Pay:
$16.25 - $24.00 per hour
