Bell Management is a property management company who offers a variety of housing in Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. We offer a competitive pay rate plus benefits that include: Paid Time Off (PTO) given at 90 days pro-rated from your start date Paid Holidays from your start date Affordable Health, Vision and Dental Plans given at 90 days of employment 401k Match after 1 year of employment We are seeking a highly motivated cleaning specialist to perform general cleaning and grounds tasks. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning community rooms Cleaning laundry rooms Cleaning storm shelters Cleaning vacant apartments Weeding flower beds Moving supplies and materials to the proper location to perform duties Position requirements:
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning required
  • Understand, read and write to follow basic instructions, take direction from supervisors, respond to routine questions and communicate effectively with property manager
Travel:
  • As part of the job responsibilities, this position requires the willingness and ability to conduct local travel as needed.
This may involve running errands related to business operations and fulfilling various tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the property needs. The extent and frequency of travel will depend on the specific demands of the job and may vary over time.
Physical requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds
  • Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
  • Must be dependable and able to meet scheduling requirements
