Full Job Description Pay:
$15.00 per hour Job description: We are seeking an eager and experienced individual to join our Cultivation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the cultivation of cannabis plants from seed to harvest. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, a keen understanding of cannabis cultivation techniques, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance with regulations. Please note this position requires an Agent ID it's $121.50 and takes 5 to 7 days to process.
Responsibilities:
Could include but is not limited to…
Plant Care:
Monitor and care for cannabis plants throughout their growth cycle, including watering, feeding, pruning, and pest management.
Propagation:
Participate in the cloning and propagation of cannabis plants, ensuring genetic consistency and healthy seedlings.
Environment Monitoring:
Monitor and maintain optimal environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, and lighting, to promote plant health and maximize yield.
Data Collection:
Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, including plant counts, growth stages, and any issues encountered.
Compliance:
Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant cannabis cultivation regulations, ensuring compliance with state and local requirements. Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Implement IPM strategies to prevent and address pest and disease issues in the cultivation facility.
Equipment Operation:
Operate and maintain cultivation equipment, identifying and reporting any issues promptly.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other cultivation team members, including lead cultivators and trimmers, to ensure a smooth workflow.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Requirements:
MUST BE 21+ High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or horticulture. Knowledge of cultivation techniques, and pest management.
