Job Description

Join a growing tree care team that takes pride in quality work, safety, and professionalism. We are looking for a dependable Groundsman to assist our tree crews with daily operations, including brush cleanup, equipment operation, job site safety, and supporting climbers and crew leaders.
Responsibilities:
Drag brush and debris to chipper during tree removal and pruning operations Operate wood chippers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, and other equipment safely Assist with rigging, lowering limbs, and maintaining safe work zones Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials Perform general cleanup of job sites and leave properties in excellent condition Follow company safety procedures and participate in safety meetings Assist with basic equipment maintenance and inspections Support crew leaders and climbers as needed
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license required Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Tree care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required CDL is a plus but not required
