Groundskeeper - Lake St Louis, MO 2B Residential - 3.3 Lake Saint Louis, MO Job Details Full-time Up to $19.50 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description 2B Residential, a market leader in Class A multi-family management, is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to join our team at the Cedar Lakes Apartments in Lake St Louis, MO. 2B Residential offers a competitive wage/salary (plus generous commissions), great benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance, and 401(k).
Pay Range:
Up to $19.50 dollars per hour

Medical Dental Vision Company paid Short Term/Long Term disability Company Paid Life Insurance Paid time Off 401(k) SUMMARY The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property are maintained by cleaning the common grounds of the property. This position is also responsible for functioning in a support role to the maintenance team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Picks up trash on the property and in common areas, which includes but is not limited to the driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior hallways, and any public areas. Ensures dumpster area is emptied and kept clean. Uses power blower and pressure washer to clean breezeways, steps, sidewalk, pool area, and any other common areas. Maintains the property's flowerbeds, plants and grass areas, including pool cleaning or routine pool maintenance and removing snow. Walks the property several times a day and picks up any debris. Cleans carpets in resident apartments. Communicates with supervisor regarding the status of work and any potential issues. Schedules, monitors and performs work orders as needed. Ensures maintenance supplies are in stock and orders supplies, as directed. Assists office staff as needed with posting notices on resident doors. Ensures all work areas are neat and orderly after work orders have been completed. Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired. Ensures excellent customer service to prospective residents and tenants, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents. Participates in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention. Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.

EXPERIENCE
: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Current drivers license and automobile insurance. Other licenses and/or certifications as required by state law.
