Job Description

Grounds Crew Spring Valley Golf Club is currently hiring. Come join a fun and energetic company that takes care of their team! Bring a good attitude and we will do the rest.
Position concept:
As a member of the Golf Maintenance Team, the Grounds Crew reports directly to the Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent. Under the Superintendent's supervision, the Grounds Crew participates in the maintenance of the golf course greens, tees, fairways, rough, cart paths, etc. The position will promote an exceptional "golf experience," and provide excellent playing surfaces for all members and guests.
Compensation and benefits:
Hourly wage: $15 per hour Golf membership at the facility you are employed Golf Cart privileges at the facility you are employed Discounts on golf equipment and merchandise purchases Discounts on F & B at the facility you are employed Driving range privileges at the facility you are employed
Duties:
Daily mowing of golf course including: Tees, fairways, greens, rough and driving range. Cup Changing Weed Eating Tree Removal Irrigation repair Bunker maintenance Other tasks required to maintain the golf course
Skills:
General knowledge of the game of golf.
Experience:
No previous experience required (although helpful). Will Train.
Expectations :
Team members are expected to be on time, perform assigned tasks in a timely manner, represent themselves and the course in a professional manner, and be a team player.

35-40
