Groundskeeper Caesars Entertainment - 3.6 St. Louis, MO Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Full Job Description Maintains the overall appearance, cleanliness, and safety of outdoor areas to ensure an inviting and welcoming environment for internal and external guests. Consistently delivers exceptional guest service by welcoming guests with a smile, offering a warm farewell, anticipating guest needs, and exhibiting a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor. Mows grass, waters lawn, feed and trim shrubs, tends to flower beds, plow/shovel snow and regularly inspects assigned work areas to ensure proper standards are maintained. Operates lawn and ground equipment including power mowers, snow blowers, bucket loaders and other power equipment. Assist with planning, planting and maintaining exterior and interior landscaping. Remove refuse and trash from grounds. Cleans building glass, garage elevator lobbies and glass. Adjusts, cleans and performs minor mechanical work on grounds equipment to include daily checklist of equipment for proper operation and safety. May apply pesticides to plants as directed. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Conducts specialized clean-up according to procedure and utilizes proper equipment such as blood spills and hazardous material clean-up. Ability to be physically mobile, stand/walk, bend, twist, turn, push and pull for 8 to 12 hours. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures more than 110 degrees or below 10 degrees. Must be able to hear in full audible range in high noise condition and possess average vision and color perception. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Must always present a clean professional appearance and demeanor. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
