AmeriLawn is hiring for full time Lawn Care Technician's. We are looking for a mix of experienced lawn care technician's and entry level lawn care technician's.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be comfortable operating machinery Able to work outdoors in hot weather conditions Must be comfortable and proficient in operating truck and a trailer Must possess good written and verbal communication skills Must have good time management skills Must be able to pass a State / Federal Background Check Must have the ability to operate machinery Ability to meet daily production and performance goals Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Perform shop work and equipment maintenance as assigned Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner Follow all company safety policies and procedures Complete assigned tasks efficiently from start to finish with minimal supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and team members Identify opportunities to promote and recommend additional company services when appropriate Complete service reports and documentation accurately, thoroughly, and on time Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are properly maintained and stored Support daily operations and assist with additional duties as needed

Schedule:
