Responsibilities Mow lawns and trim grass using power tools such as mowers, trimmers, and edgers to achieve a neat, uniform appearance Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and flower bed upkeep Operate hand tools and machinery like shovels, rakes, blowers, and small excavators for various landscaping projects Install or repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and power tools effectively Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is highly desirable Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and horticulture practices Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor environments Knowledge of tree care practices such as trimming and pruning to support healthy growth Experience operating small construction equipment like excavators is a plus but not required Strong work ethic with attention to detail; physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces!
